The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Nederland Heritage Festival Foundation, Inc.; the Nederland Heritage Festival, its Employees and Representatives, and the City of Nederland, causes of action or damage of any kind, for injury to, or death of any person or persons and/or damages to property arising out of participation in the Nederland Heritage Festival Washer Tournament. This agreement to indemnify and hold harmless the Nederland Heritage Festival Foundation, Inc.; the Nederland Heritage Festival, its Employees and Representatives, and the City of Nederland, and joint acts or other reasons of negligence on the part of the Nederland Heritage Festival Foundation, Inc.; the Nederland Heritage Festival, its Employees and Representatives, and the City of Nederland.
